In your opinion is life an accident? Are the situations in your life all coincidences or does fate play a role? According to James Redfield, author of "The Celestine Prophesy", nothing happens by accident.

Ever felt like speaking with someone, or seeing someone, and within a few days of that thought, either received a phone call or bumped into them somewhere?
 
Has this ever happened to you? A situation where you had no say about the outcome, and that outcome was a disappointment that eventually lead to something more positive and even greater.

Just how closely linked are fate and faith?

I would like to share a couple of personal examples of this phenomenon. In my youth I was drawn to boys, and then men, with baby blue eyes and beautiful dark eyelashes. They were my �type�E as it were.

I did date men with this physical feature, but the man who I ended up marrying does not have blue eyes, they are green. His lashes are not dark and thick, but brown and normal.

My husband of 17 years now, was a blind date set up by mutual friends.
The man that I married is someone who would not have interested me had I met him a few years earlier.

Our children, of which we have two, who are the loves of my life, have beautiful brilliant clear blue eyes, with thick dark eyelashes. Do I think this is a coincidence? Not on your life.
 
My second strange experience I would like to share with you, is about our family pet. She is a lovely and large, female black lab. whom we christened Serendipity, or Dippy for short. This name reflects on the way in which she crossed our path.

I have to retrace my steps slightly to explain the significance of our dog.

Three years before Dippy found us, our then family dog, Bungy, developed sudden and massive kidney failure. The cause was never discovered. It was a horrible, painful and isolating illness. Finally after days of treatment and tests the decision was made to let him go, gracefully.
 
As I held him, telling him what a good dog he had been, and how grateful I was to have had him in my life, and how I wanted him to come back and find me, the doctor administered the lethal dosage.
I�m not quite sure how to explain the next occurrence, other than, I could feel Bungy, the true essence of him, leaving his body.

At this point I looked up and bluntly said to the veterinarian that Bungy was gone. He mistook it for a question and verified what I already knew.

Regardless of the void that Bungy left, I didn�t feel that the time was right for another dog.

I had faith that the right dog would come along and find us. I never expected her to actually come to our front doorstep and refuse to leave. Which is exactly what Dippy did. We looked and never found her owners, she had no tags.

What will it be folks�Eoincidence, fate, or faith.

Yet another peculiar occurrence is the physical deformity that Dippy and Bungy have in common is a unique defect on one of the eyes.

I trust in the power and abundance of the universe. 

Within the past year I have been introduced to a health product, which I absolutely believe, for several reasons, was meant to. 

It is all about the timing and trust that the universe is here to guide us down our chosen path.
